"AI Self-Manufacturing Technology presents a new trend of transformation in the industrial field"
UVC, a domestic AI digital twin company, participated in the Suwon International Smart Factory and Automation Technology Exhibition (SMATec 2025) held at Suwon Convention Center from Nov. 6-8 and introduced the AI self-manufacturing platform "OCTOPUS" under the theme of "New Experience of Digital Transformation."
UBC unveiled simulation, AI control, and process optimization technologies based on actual industrial data in this exhibition, visualizing the process of change that local manufacturers can directly experience in line with the theme of "field-oriented practical digital transformation."
In particular, focusing on "OCTOPUS Agentic AI" and "AI Hub," it introduced AI-based process management technology that analyzes facility data in the factory in real time and automatically controls the process, drawing attention by implementing an autonomous manufacturing structure in which AI makes decisions.
Manufacturing officials who visited the site said, "It was a meaningful exhibition where we could directly check the process of connecting AI to the actual process," and showed high interest in the data-oriented operation transition and the applicability of AI decision-making technology.
A UBC official said, "This smartphone was not just a technology promotion, but a meaningful place to present a new digital transformation experience to the manufacturing site in Gyeonggi Province. We will continue to create a new trend of transformation of smart factories through AI manufacturing innovation that meets the reality of the industry."
